A note on timing
I run a structured schedule to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve. Please aim to arrive up to 10 minutes early and no later than your scheduled time. Arriving late will shorten your appointment rather than impact the next client.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. This allows me to respect the time of all clients and keep the schedule running smoothly.
